Celebrating Menstrual Hygiene Day

As we approach Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28th, we are excited to launch an awareness campaign focused on creating a "Period Friendly India."

 This initiative aims to break the silence, challenge the stigma, and promote better menstrual hygiene practices across our nation.

We are creating a video montage featuring voices from all walks of life, and we would be honored to include you. Your participation would involve sharing a brief message (30-60 seconds) on what "Period Friendly India" means to you, any personal experiences you wish to share, or tips on improving menstrual hygiene and awareness in your community.

Here’s how you can participate:

• Record Your Message: Use your phone or a camera to record a short video clip. Ensure you are in a quiet environment with good lighting. Feel free to be creative and authentic in your message.
• Introduce Yourself: Start with a brief introduction (name and role/affiliation).
• Share Your Thoughts: Speak on the theme "Period Friendly India" and include any personal insights, stories, or advice.
